Battling the Omega-3 Coating
The gelatine coating on these omega 3 supplements is very tough; my son keeps having to spit it out. I do not recommend it.

Son hated taste
Bought for son but he said taste disgusting. Just his own thoughts but now left with wasted tub after 1 out it. Bioglan is a brand IUsually buy for many supplements

Rubbery smelly not chewable
These smell disgusting and I’m sure they taste as bad my daughter never took them as the smell was too overpowering.They’re so thick rubbery I couldn’t even cut with a sharp knife and out of curiosity I left in a cup of water for 24 hours And it had got double the size and the liquid was still inside the capsule

Three year old approves of them
Get these for my grandson... at first he didn’t like the flavour of the shells but after the first month he seems to have gotten used to them ...also occasionally we miss a day.I think they are helping him to concentrate and he seems to have had a rapid increase in ability to recall recite observe letters and numbers ... or perhaps it’s coincidental and lots of learning has come together at one time ... who knows .Downside is price point it’s a little high I think.
