My husband loves to cook. A real chef so my kids purchased this book for Father’s Day. The recipes are delicious and the photos are clear. Our 11 year old granddaughter loves to cook and my husband teaches her and have her write down his recipes. She saw this book and it was like a magnet, she was drawn to it every time she came to our home so we purchased this book for her. She had the biggest smile when she opened the box. A smile that would not go away. She ran to grandpa and gave him a big hug! This is one of the best cookbooks I have seen and our shelf is loaded with cookbooks. Highly recommended.

I originally bought this cookbook on a friends recommendation and returned it because I did not like it….BUT…. then I tried two of her recipes (followed along on YouTube) and they were AMAZING. Focaccia and Carrot cake. So I bought the book again. I’ve made these recipes multiple times ang now others (oat cookies are splendid) and I am so impressed. The recipes are wordy but I appreciated the details. I AM NOW OBSESSED with Claire’s recipes.
