Musclepharm glutamine enhance muscle growth and recovery

Ordered this glutamine to help retain muscle during a cut. Shipping was on point but I was originally sent the MP Creatine by accident which looks almost identical to the MP Glutamine canister. Received on a Saturday. I contacted amazon the same day and the shipped the correct item(Glutamine) that day, bumped the shipping to 2 day shipping and let me keep the creatine (the creatine at the time was barely over $10) which I already had, but was thankful for. Received the correct product on Monday, just 2 days later. Been using it twice daily and I will be sticking with this brand. I am very pleased with the mixability, tastelessness (I mix it with other supplements), and purity. My overall immune system has benefitted from this as well. I recommend to anyone, lifter or otherwise. The benefits of Glutamine are worth it by itself.

Used this quite a bit post workout and it does well for muscle recovery. I wasn't quite as sore as when I didn't take it. I just put a scoop in my post workout protein shake and I was good to go. It has no flavor which is perfect for adding it to any drink you want. Muscle Pharm is a quality company that I've trusted for a long time. I recommend this to anyone wanting a faster recovery.

Absolutely amazing stuff a lot of us believe that it's just for bodybuilders or people exercising but if anyone has headaches or diabetes or any malady... Google to read up on it this product...actually if you have leg syndrome, pain anywhere, it actually gives you a sense of calmness and just makes you feel great...takes away aches and pains in your body...after using it the first time instant results. . as I continue to use daily, twice a day, I've been on it about a week & 1\2 I'm feeling better each day ...WONDERFUL. .. and it came ultra quick!!

Let's face the facts: Glutamine is basically Glutamine, no matter who sells it. It's like protien: You're not shopping for quality whey protien as much as a taste you can live with and maybe some nice balance elements included. While I would highly recommend glutamine to anyone who works out and wants the hurt to dull down in a reasonable timeframe, this review is not about the effects of glutamine, it's about the little things that, to me, set this product above the others. First off, the container. It's a low profile size that has a nice wide mouth that you can get your fingers in, so there's no struggling with getting your powder out. It fits in your cabinet nicely, you can stack other suppliments on top of it, and in general is just a pleasent change of pace from most other glutamine suppliers. Second, it comes with a scoop. Unfortunately, the scoop is actually sized to be used by a 6 year old girl. I always get angry with a manufacturer who gives you this tiny little scoop and says "3 scoops per serving!". It makes me feel like some group of suits is quietly chuckling whilst looking at videos of muscle bound men trying to use their dainty little scoop. You are left with the impression that the people at Muscle Pharm don't actually CARE about the end user experience in any way other than the results of the product. Lastly, it's very fine powder. It's so fine that if you get any on your hands, you're going to have to wash it off, because it won't dust free. Combine this with the tiny scoop, and you get an ordeal when adding it to your protien shake that leaves you frustrated and sometimes cursing, but you get over it when you wake up the next day and only feel like you got beaten with a baseball bat, not a lead pipe. All in all, the product is well worth the small objections I raised above. I wish that Muscle Pharm had paid more attention to the little packaging details that made their Muscle Pharm - Creatine 300 Gram so nice, but in the end, you get over it and relax thanks to the quality of the actual product!

I bought this because my friend, a pro fitness bodybuilder, told me she used L Glutamine as part of her routine. This brand was highly rated on Amazon so I went with it. It has no taste and dissolves just fine. But, I kept reading up on it,and I'm pretty impressed. Aside from the body building stuff, it has other benefits. One, a lot of people with Celiac use this to repair their gut when they've been 'glutened." I'm not certain if it helps, but it doesn't hurt. But second, I read this stuff helps your body fight off a cold. I 100% firmly believe that! My coworkers are always passing around colds and stomach bugs, and every time one starts circulating I start loading up on this stuff. I haven't caught anything since! Even if I feel like I'm already coming down with something, I just mix this into some OJ, throw in some Zinc and C capsules, and I swear the cold beats a hasty retreat. I'd never believe that if I hadn't consistently experienced this for myself. I'm impressed and I think I'm going to keep this on hand from now on!
