Absolute delight to have this. It fits perfectly on the GPS holder on the S1000XR and the phone sits secured on the holder giving a SAT NAV look. Very easy to install. The rear jack connects with the connection on the bike and gives power to the 2 USBs on this holder. I have mounted Samsung Note 9 and completed 2500kms in 30 hours with no issues, bo vibration. Very sterdy and reliable.

Solid, fits perfectly
Slides in perfectly on my 1200gs GPS, no adjustments needed. Holds solid even big phone like Note 9. Charging function is very handy. If your phone is charged via usb C, you need the cable, otherwise not. Something manufacturer could include in the package. Very happy with the product.
