Do the foot chimes get annoying after a while or are they pretty quiet?

I didnt really find them annoying by Kaylee doesn't constantly kick it either

Can my baby use this product a lot?

It can keep your baby engaged for a couple of months. He may outgrow it in a few months.

I dont have a head rest in the center of my car. Shes 7 weeks and rides in the middle is there any other way to attach this other than a head rest??

I don’t either but for some reason there is a”belt” that goes across that seat so I slid it through there and wrap the strings around the car seat handle (in upright position) and it has done good enough.
