Effective and Affordable
I Love Roc Retinol and have been using it for years! Only reason I didn't give a 5* rating is the product tube. It used to be more plastic and sturdy plastic material, the one I got is metal which get dented easily, and so when you open the cap, a lot of the product comes out, which gets wasted.

I’m 63 and have used this for at least 3 months. I love it. I can see a big difference in my skin around my eyes. Ingredients are good because I’m allergic to so many products. It is not greasy at all and actually works well for softness and moisture.
