GracoTravel System Stroller and Car Seat, Black/Red, Pack of 1

Cadillac of travel systems is what the nurse called it when helping us out of the hospital with our newborn. She has seen a lot of strollers and said it's one of the nicest riding. I'd say it rides very smoothly and works well, is durable and after over 4 months of use is still works and looks new, not that we've taken it off road, so it should. Overall very satisfied. It folds super easily one handed , sometimes takes a couple pulls to click the handle into place when unfolding and you have to manually recline the seat back to properly put the car seat into it, but that's small stuff

I have carpal tunnel and I picked this travel system because not only was it super cute, it met all my weight requirements. Right when I decided on it...Babies R Us discontinued it!!! It was so frustrating. I couldn't find it ANYWHERE, not even the graco company had it. Thankfully, it got listed on Amazon (because I kept checking over and over and over). I was so scared it wouldn't arrive, but it did :) It was packed great, at 8 months pregnant I was able to put it together without any trouble whatsoever. The colours are amazing. It's super duper light and sturdy. My baby hasn't arrived yet so I haven't yet USED it in daily use - but seriously I'd be surprised if something is wrong. It has a large basket, a great mommy handle (which you'd be surprised, that MOST strollers don't). The two most important things I wanted: lightweight stroller/carseat and a self-standing stroller. It's so easy to open and close and it doesn't FALL when you close it! I feel like it looks so inelegant when the stroller just falls to the ground...this one just stands nicely.

Stroller and car seat seem ok so far but the base the stroller comes with is horrible and misleading. The base appears to be either a lower end version of the standard base or an outdated version. Amazon does not even sell the included base on their site. The base you would expect to come with is the Click Connect 35 LX. The key here is the LX, the one that comes with this stroller is not the LX.What this means is you cannot use any sort of normal seat belt to safely secure the base in your car. This is because this base is missing the latch that clamps down on the seat belt to hold the the base securely in place. This technology has been around for 10+ years and appears to be standard except with this base. Without the clamp you can tighten your seat belt as tight as you want and it will never be tight enough to hold the base in place. I attempted to contact Graco for instructions on how to make it work since it says it can be done in the instructions. After multiple attempts to contact them they finally replied back accusing me of installing it incorrectly but did not offer any additional advice on how to do it correctly. All videos produced online by Graco explaining how to install their car seat bases use the LX version of the seat, so it leads me to think they know of this issue and just want to ignore it.The base will work using the latches, but if you think you will ever need to use a seat belt to secure the base and you want your child to be safe do not buy this product.

Straight out of the box the handle bars were broken. The left side wouldn't lock into place when in the useable position, thus making the stroller wobble and almost tip.I called customer service they said they would overnight a new unit but a week went by and nothing. I called again and I was told that this model of stroller is under contract to be exclusively sold by a certain retailer and they could no longer give me a replacement, but I could have a similar model (it was a girly looking pattern and I have a boy). Not pleased with customer service.Other issues: car seat doesn't easily lock into place on stroller, and the reclining feature on stroller gets stuck. The car seat base wobble back and forth even when installed correctly.Pros:I like how light weight the stroller is and because it's smaller in size it doesn't take up a lot of room.The overall build feels cheap but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely love this set! Super light carseat and easy to flip in and out stroller. I love how the stroller isn't big and balky. My little guy will be here in 2 weeks and I feel very happy to be putting him in this!
