This lotion is like magic ✨ I had a very bad sunburn on my legs. I used this stuff twice and woke up and my sunburn had faded a lot. I highly recommend this and am so happy I purchased this. I’m not sure why a lot of people make it sound like this product smells awful. I don’t find the smell to be bad at all. Smells like regular lotion to me. It felt very cool and helped the burning feeling a lot. If you’re looking for something to help your burns and work quickly, this is definitely a magical product.

This lotion seriously saved my skin after a weekend of too much sun. I had some pretty uncomfortable peeling and dryness on my shoulders and chest, and this Burt’s Bees After Sun Lotion worked so well. It’s super soothing, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel greasy at all — just clean, cooling hydration. The aloe and coconut oil combo is perfect. It calmed the redness right away and made my skin feel soft and nourished. I even used it on my face without any irritation, which is rare for me with after-sun products. I love that it’s 98.9% natural and free from all the stuff I try to avoid (like parabens and SLS). Definitely keeping this stocked all summer long — highly recommend if you’re dealing with sunburn, peeling, or just need a gentle, hydrating lotion post-sun!

This stuff is truly a miracle! I have fair skin and burn easily. I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible, but sometimes I get too much sun. Whenever my skin starts to burn or feels like it going to burn I slather this on immediately. The next morning my skin is perfectly normal. How? Don’t know - don’t care. Yesterday I was at the pool with a friend and I got too much sun. I slathered this on immediately when I got home. As the evening progressed my skin was hotter and redder. I slathered more on 2 more times before bed. By bedtime my skin was really red and I realized I was too red for Burt’s Bees to magically take it all away. But I slathered more on. I just woke up and my skin is a light pink. The redness is gone. The heat and soreness are gone. This stuff is truly magical. For all of us fair skinned porkers - this is your best friend.

I really like this lotion except for the smell which reminds me of the Nair smell which is not good. I would definitely get again but would wait until the coconut version was in stock.

My absolute go to after a day in the sun. Keeps any sunburn from staying around and helps it tremendously. Use this every summer!

Don’t love the smell just not my scent but it works sooo well! I would say even better then regular aloe… it was recommended to me and I can see why… great size and amount

Soaks right in to your skin. Very light fragrance. Good size bottle. I am pleased with the product.
