Missing parts
Upon receiving my bike pump, I finally got around to unboxing it to realise it is missing the most important part....the handle. It is absolutely useless to me now. Very poor build quality

Presta Valve difficult to use
Thought the presta valve outlet was broken as it wouldn't engage and seal over the valve. Tried my old pump and that worked ok. I'm having to pump up the tire partially and then use the Spartan to pump up to correct value. It refuses to pump when tire is completely flat.
