Tried and trusted vitamin
I have used Solgar B Complex for a couple of years now. There are many different brands which offer B Complex supplements but I personally find Solgar's ticks every box for me in terms of strength, value for money and results. They aren't the smallest of supplements but are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste. I purchase it through Amazon everytime and have had no problems. I would highly recommend.

Has solved two of my worst problems.
I've always liked Solgar products the best. I was searching for a cure for my scaling & splitting finger Nails. But more so, for my overwhelming hair loss over a period of the last 5 to 10 years, slow, but severe. The "100" formula contains Biotin. I didn't want to take just a biotin supplement because that has to be managed and may have negative side effects if not managed from what I am told. So I tried the Solgar B-Complex "100" daily dose of one capsule and it really helped my hair loss problem with the welcomed side effect of strengthening my finger nails. That is my experience, I hope it works for you.

At 60yrs that extra bounce helps. Bit B are my happy tablets. It just helps make me smile. It’s not a huge difference but I know when I haven’t taken them
