This is a very good book for the watercolor beginner. Not only is there a good introduction to the art of watercolor, the book also gives very good instruction on perspective, light and shade and color. There are very good and easy to follow instruction for techniques that include step by step instruction with exercises to help you learn the technique. Also, includes outline drawings with step by step instructions for full size paintings. I wish I had this book a year ago when I started learning water color. This is a great book for the beginner and will be a big part of my painting for years to come.
