Bought these for my boyfriend, he loves them. He wears them playing basketball and feels like he has alot more explosivness and bounce while playing. There is a big of a break in period and he did have some blisters the first few times using them.

After suddenly receiving dozens of targeted ads on social media touting the almost magical abilities of the VKTRY carbon fiber insole to improve a vertical jump for sports such as basketball and volleyball, I thought I would try them. It was a minor disaster. The carbon fiber insole did not produce the "explosiveness" as advertised all over the website and packaging. Instead, the lack of cushioning and hardness led to tendonitis after just an hour of use. I was *not* going to write a review initially, but after contacting the sales team to ask how to return the product under the advertised return warranty, I was subjected to a multi-email gaslighting insisting there was nothing wrong with the product. The core argument was that the product works, and if I developed tendonitis, I must have used it incorrectly, or purchased the wrong ones.Now, I will say, I am a fairly thorough person in life. Despite looking for details on how to select the correct insole for my sports of choice, I saw nothing specifying that some had better cushioning for jumping. Also, nothing in the ads or the website or the product packaging discussed any contact with a support staff member pre-purchase to determine the best product fit.Rather than spend 30 minutes drafting various emails trying to shift blame on to each individual customer simply seeking to return an item that caused an injury, the company should fix its product, improve its website, use less generic marketing verbiage and be more precise, and redesign its social media campaign.

They are truly everything that I’ve heard and seen. They are worth the price!

I recently tried carbon fiber insoles paired with new running shoes, and the results have been fantastic. While it's tough to pinpoint if it was solely the insoles or the combination, I absolutely love them. Crucially, comfort was not sacrificed at all.What's really impressive is that you can distinctly feel them working once you hit a certain speed, providing a noticeable propulsion. The proof is in the performance: I've actually shaved time off my 5-mile run. For anyone looking for an edge in their running, these insoles are definitely worth considering. And yes I understand they are expensive.

My daughter noticed an IMMEDIATE difference with these for volleyball. They do take some time to get used to - not as comfy as regular insoles but if your athlete is looking for something to give them that extra edge this is worth it. We had been looking at these for a year and I wish we had bought them sooner!

These are truly amazing and 100% help you in all aspects. Our daughter had 17's try outs and only standing 5 ft 6 inches these provided that extra little inch she needed to make the national team at her club. Highly recommended for speed, and that additional height needed

These are very durable and solid inserts. Fits well, true to size. Keep in mind they are made of carbon fiber and a little bit of rubber. No trimming ot folding. There is plenty of support, in no way shape or fashion have any cushion. It will be a hard surface on the bottom of your foot.They are ok, but would never buy them again. Of course these will last forever, but I don't need them at this point. I seriously thought it would help support recovery times and alleviate other issues from training/running. Only made things worse.
