If the Quest 2 has the Elitre Strap attached, does it fit in this case?

I just bought this, this week - and can confirm the Quest 2 DOES fit in the case with the Elite Strap. Yes, it does fit fine.

Since there is no lens cover, do you ever worry the lens will get scratched in the case?

Yes. That’s why I have actually 2 lens covers. One that I bought initially with the quest 2 and a second one that comes with the VR cover face interface replacement. There are other products that add a lens cover as an add on when you buy their product. Anyway less covers are not really expensive.

Is there a zippered seam to thread the cable to charge the Quest 2 while it is in the closed case?

No unfortunately, no the only way to to charge it while it's in the case is to have it open.

Does the case zip up? Doesn't look like it even has a zipper

Yes..the case zips up. The zipper is hidden and there is a string that you pull to open and close.
