ステーキナイフは当たり外れが多くよく切れるものをずっと探していたところ 代官山のお気に入りのレストランがこのナイフを使っておりこれだ！ということで購入してみました。 とんかつも衣が剥がれず下までスパッと切れます。

Great product. Knives are sharp and cut very well.

Rust and discoloured after wash
All the handles discoloured after first wash; one of the knife has a permanent stain(corrosion like) after first wash. Another knife was rusty after third wash, perhaps not dried immediately. How is this being labeled as "Stainless Steel" at the product description? I have had steak knife from another brand for more than 4 years and none of the above unpleasant experience occured. Will not purchase from Cuisinart in future.
