Yup it is what it says it is and it’s yummy...can be used for dashi too...I stir fry some rice throw in a handful of Bonito stir in some moi shoi Kung pao some good soy sauce a few drops of sesame oil and voila! Supper😎..baby rucola with some good mayo adds to the feast ...
