Serious Love
This pan doesn't tip on my glass top stove. If you have a coil or gas top you might have issues as others have described. It cooks like a dream.

Discoloring use magic eraser easy great set!
Great set, the cost is a little pricey but what can you expect when wanting a great set, sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the quality you require. Cooks very evenly and easy to clean. All you need is a sponge and some soap very easy. Some of the pans seem to be discoloring here and there but using a magic eraser will take it right away!

Buy Viking. Do not hesitate.
My first Viking saucier was a three layer style. I told a friend how much I loved my Viking cookware and she ordered a 5 layer. I couldn't stand not having one :D I gave my three layer to a sweet young friend and bought a five. I use the pot daily. My friend should probably have a five and I should get a seven...Hmm...

Step Up Your Culinary Game!
A well-rounded and versatile set of professional cookware, for your serious kitchen/diner/restaurant. Nicely balanced, and they work over gas, electric, glass top, or induction. They are heavy...which for me is a good thing...they stay put and hold up well. When you're ready to bring your kitchen up a notch. Also, they look great hanging from one of those overhead pot and pan racks!
