J&H Backlit Ultra Thin Keyboard for Microsoft Surface Pro 7, (12.3in)

Since I received it, it won't start up no matter how long I charge it. I left it to charge overnight, but still when I try to start it, the low battery indicator flash for few moments, then goes off again.This product is a total waste.

Exactly as expected. Best keyboard for surface pro in an acceptable price.

Connecting it with surface is a bit of challenge sometimes rest product is okay.

Very bad touch bad .... spacing for usb and usb-c and charger are very bad...there is no elastic wire to close the back cover to be one piece

Compare to original keyboard from Microsoft (which I was using before) this bluetooth keyboard is good option, as it works even when it is detached from the surface.Now I don't need a remote mouse for the presentation as this keyboard will help me to work with all the features.Good product.

Bought this product as a replacement to my Surface keyboard. This product did not work after 24 hours, and it is not intended to work for the Surface. Complete lie in the description. Bluetooth connectivity is horrible, and no backlight at all.

I could not use the keyboard for a long time because I couldn’t get how to turn it on, the keyboard can’t be used except after changing it unlike the original one. Finally it is not working at all now with very minimal use may be less than 10 times and I bought almost 1 year ago only

I was pleasantly surprised because I didn’t expect this keyboard to be as good as my original SurfacePro Type Cover. The trackpad is beautifully responsive too, just like the original. 😀I couldn’t be happier! ✅
