It works but is it ever hard to get off your hands after.

Definitely not for sensitive skin. I have done waxing before and never once my skin had such a bad reaction - peeling, allergy. A day later it got worse.Removes most of the hair but now I have a red and painful moustache.

I had run out of my old box of wax strips that I use from time to time on my upper lip. I couldn't remember the brand and didn't have the box, so I chose these based on the reviews.After one use, I can say that 1) they do work, but 2) I preferred the old ones! Here is why I'm only giving them 3 stars.- Quantity: It says it's a box of 12, but it's actually 6 strips that come apart in two. Once separated, they need to be used in the same waxing session, so you'll have enough for 6 uses. My old strips were used one at a time, and sometimes I only needed one. Minus one star and shame on the marketing of Veet.- Usage: They're really sticky and leave a lot of residue, definitely more than my old ones. So you really need the little argan oil finishing wipes to remove the residue. But there are only two included, so we'll have to do without them for the last 4 waxing sessions! Minus one star again.As for the rest, I got rid of the little duvet in just a few minutes. But when I finish this box, I'm going back in search of my old brand!

It's been a long time since I waxed my upper lip (too long probably) but this product has improved greatly over the years; it got every hair, even the fine ones, came off fast and didn't tug the skin. Getting tiny remaining bits of sticky off was simple with the used strip, and the oiled little cloth took care of the rest. I didn't even get redness and swelling as I used to. Very pleased! Will definitely buy again.
