Question 1

Where are these manufactured?

Accepted Answer

I believe they are made in China. There is a sticker on the canvas zipper bad that holds the Homelux Theory products that says they are made in China.

Question 2

Why is the seller avoiding the “where is this made?” Question. It’s important to know and it’s not listed anywhere. Be transparent please.

Accepted Answer

Hello,

Thank you very much for your question! Our silicone food storage bags are made in China with FDA approved SGS Certificate. The Certificate number is: No. SHAEC1708979607, in case you are wondering. We have seen lots of Amazon sellers claiming that their products are made in the US which they are not and we would never lie to our customers to achieve a sale. We understand that lots of customers are concerned about the virus right now and therefore we have been exercising intensive hygiene practices in our factory so that our customers can buy our products with confidence. Being the top seller, customer safety and satisfaction are always our first priority.
If you have other questions, please don't hesitate to send us an email and we will be glad to assist you!

Sincerely,
Julie

Question 3

Can i buy replacement sliders?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your question! The great news is that we have sliding rods that are available for your purchase. Kindly message us thru our website so that we can assist you better.
Thank you for loving our products!

Question 4

Are there any benefits of using these over disposable plastic bags besides the cost ?

Accepted Answer

I assume that the tons of disposable bags that would go into landfills are much more than the eventual disposal of these bags. These bags are very thick and I am assuming they will last for years. We've had ours probably a year or so by now and I see no difference or wear and tear. We turn them inside out to wash by hand so that we can get into corners.
