This product works very well for the first 3 to 4 months that I bought it until it started to leak. No matter how much I tightened it. The water wouldn’t stop coming out of one of the showerheads looking into the product warranty now.

So installed this today, the price was fair for the quality and matches my much more expensive Kohler fixtures. It comes with everything you need may I suggest using a real wrench when installing this one is very cheap, short and thin. Tough to get any leverage on. Istallation was simple only issue I've found is the junctions that hold the valve and the one that holds the arm don't tighten to make the movement of the arm direction firm. I tried moving and adjusting it to tighten to no real avail. Also the first joint of the extension arm with the wing nut won't tighten but with the arm extended there must be a resistance nut that allows it to maintain that position. If you try to tighten wing nut it just spins. Once I got it the way I wanted it it stayed. Good thing I'm the only one tall enough to reach it, so it should stay put. Both of the heads give a good shower and pressure. One last thing the hand held shower head has a bracket that is self sticking. It doesn't work so a touch of clear silicone did the trick also the hand held bracket clips into the back piece unfortunately nowhere in the instructions does it tell you how to unclip. I ended up breaking the the clip off the mounting plate. Completely my fault so once again clear silicone to the rescue. All in all I am very happy with this product . For the couple of shortcomings the shower and price make up for.

This rain showerhead combo is a great value. Plenty of water comes out of both the heads. Additionally, I was worried about leaks on the arm, since some of the other reviews mentioned it. I have had no issue with leaks thus far. The ONLY reason for a 4 star rating is that the hose is a little on the short side. I will search to see if I can find an extension that will work. Extremely happy with this purchase.

The overall quality of the product seems great. I’ve used this shower head twice now and the first time I thought we didn’t have any hot water due to cold temps outside. The second time I showered, the water went cold in less than 5 minutes. I’m curious if anyone else had experienced this as well. I love the shower head being a larger size and the rainfall like water that comes from it. It’s possible our hot water tank isn’t large enough to support this shower head installment

I loved mine so much I’ve bought one for everyone I love. YOU GET A SHOWER HEAD! YOU GET A SHOWER HEAD! EVERYONE GETS A SHOWER HEAD! My enemies? I’ve ensured they never get to enjoy this product by strategically informing them of the need to stay away from it.But seriously, it’s pressure is amazing. It feels like a perfect massage. It’s pretty. And even my guests mention how well they like it when they stay with me. I’ve had zero issues with leaks or anything else of note.

My old shower head was failing so I decided to upgrade to a rainfall shower head. I received this item and noted that the parts seemed to be made of good quality materials - the diverter valve was much sturdier than the one on my old shower head. I installed the product with little trouble but when I turned on the water one of the knuckles on the extension started leaking badly. No mater how much I tightened it, it leaked. I ordered a replacement, which came the next day, and installed it but this time both knuckles leaked. I decided to loosen each knuckle to create a gap and wrap a length of rolled teflon tape into the gap. This worked like a charm and I now have a shower head that I'm happy with. I gave this product 3 stars because the manufacturer needs to redesign the knuckles so that they don't leak, or at least let the consumer know about the teflon tape fix. The first picture shows the extension and the second is of one of the knuckles partially unscrewed to show the gap that needs to be taped.

Bought this as a gift for my husband because he has always wanted to install a rain shower head. It has great pressure flow and is perfect for a standard shower tub.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the twin shower head and it's great in theory but then there is the issues which I guess should be expected of Amazon stuff. So first the pressure isn't enough to fully run both the shower head and wand at the same time and that's even with the pressure regulator in my house turned way up. Second is the install and that's easy, however the cheap rubber seals just get their edges pinched right off when you tighten down the metal pieces and then it leaves water spraying out of the connections. These pieces should be manufactured with only o-rings on the metal hardware. There is one o-ring on the main arm but the threads are to deep so when you tighten down the extension arm it never engages that o-ring and leaves room to wobble. Usually the wobble would be taken out with the gaskets but those just get pinched and shoved into the hoses when they're tightened to take the play out. Long story short is be prepared to do modifications because it's not just plug and play as it should be. As far as the spray pattern goes it's good but the water volume is limited and therefore you probably can run either the head or wand but not both.
