I already own a few pendulums, but I got this to try and use as an affordable alternative to Copper Zap for preventing colds. I'm wary of sticking it in my nose because the tip is a little sharp. The pendulum itself is really lovely quality, it appears to be a solid piece of copper and hopefully not just plated. It has a fair amount of weight to it. Has a lovely chain that doesn't kink like another I have. It behaves as both my others do.
