Shoe Goo II (2) Shoe Repair Glue 26.6ml Crystal Clear Permanent Adhesive

Shoe Goo 2 is an excellent product and has saved me from replacing a favourite pair of shoes. The adhesive is very strong, flexible once dry, and holds up really well even with daily wear. It was easy to apply and dried neatly without making a mess. I used it to repair a sole that was starting to come away, and after curing properly the repair feels solid and durable. It’s also waterproof, which is a huge bonus for outdoor shoes and trainers. A little goes a long way, so the tube should last quite a while. Overall, this is a reliable and cost-effective solution for shoe repairs and I would definitely buy it again.

Did the job, well. Get Something to spread the product with as no applicator included and a wide nozzle. This means tricky to get into tight places & cracks without getting glue everywhere. Lasted a night of hard dancing within 25 hours of application

Used to repair worn sole on Scarpa walking shoe because after 2 years constant use sole worn whilst uppers in perfect condition. Made a former from duct tape and applied substance in 2 sections. 1 for building thickness and 1 for finishing level Initial drying time a couple of hours but complete curing 2 - 3 days Little solvent smell and used as directed. Used last week in Yorkshire sight seeing all good Would buy again but currently doing comparison between Gear aid and Shoe goo for durability. Suggest Shoe goo easier to work with so Gear aid maybe tougher and have used that product before with good results Good value as the amount easily repairs 2 soles with some to spare Well packaged and arrived on time with good price and in date so a genuine product

I got this in the hope of glueing one of my wellies which had a small split. Sadly it didn't work...at all and within minutes the rubber came apart. I even tried to glue on a small patch but again it came off. It could be just the nature and position of my particular repair and for that reason I've given 3 stars as it might still be a good product, but for fixing wellies it failed miserably.

Fantastic stuff. A bit finicky to use but after a while you get used to it. I used this to fix 2 pairs of my daughter's converse. She washed them in the machine to spruce them up however, they unbounded themselves from the sole around the edges. Shoe Goo 2 bonded them back really well. I used a long thin wooden skewer to apply and get in between the sole and rubber sides because you don't want to touch it. I also used some small clamps until it cured. Took about 2 days but well worth it. You can also apply in the gaps as a fill. Super waterproof, flexible and adheres very well. Could have other uses other than shoes to be honest. It's that good.

I bought this to fix a small leak as the side of my welly boot - where the upper material meets the side. I cleaned the surface and followed the instructions on the packet - allowing 48hrs to fully dry. Upon getting wet, the glue turned white and peeled off. My feet were soaked & I’m going to invest I new wellies. FYI, they were Barbour & I’ve only had them 9 months. I don’t recommend those either.

I used Shoe Goo II to repair my work boots, and overall I was impressed with how well it worked. It applied easily, dried clear, and did a good job repairing the damaged area and extending the life of my boots. However, because I use my boots in all weather conditions and my job involves a lot of walking, bending, and movement, the repair does struggle to hold up against constant flexing over time. For normal repairs and occasional use, I think it would work really well, but for heavy-duty work boots that are constantly bending, it may need reapplying. A useful product that does exactly what it’s designed for, but it’s important to have realistic expectations if you’re using it in tough working conditions.

I've made two repairs in two different pairs of shoes and both are holding up really well. This is the first product that I've used that actually does what it claims to for fixing shows. Excellent product.

Nach langem Recherchieren was das richtige Produkt für mein Problem wäre, bin ich auf diesen Kleber gestoßen. Damit habe ich eine größere Lücke an der Außenkante der Sohle geschlossen und damit die Schuhe tatsächlich von unten wieder wasserfest bekommen. Bis jetzt der beste Kleber für Schuhlöcher etc. den ich genutzt habe!

Glue is great. Fixed rubber shoe sole on a shoe with leather top. Was easy to apply as well. What I idn;t like was hte delivery via Dragonfly. First supposed to come in evening. but never showed up till I got message at 23:00h that they weren't making the delivery an they'd try another moment .. ( I was up since 4 AM for work, so it was not funny staying up this lateto find out there wasn;t going to be a delivery )

I looked for online reviews before I bought this, and I was not disappointed. I've used it on a couple of pairs of shoes and it does its job very well.
