Best product for after no-gi training! Get that nasty sweat off of you. Smells great and ridiculously easy to use.

I use these mostly to clean my feet after being in boots all day. Really helps to keep bacteria and odor away if you can't shower immediately. Strong smell of tea tree oil so be prepared for that. I think the whole defense line is overpriced
