Fun, easy-to-learn strategy game with no player limit!
LOOOOOVE this game!! It's great that you can play with as many people as you want, so it's great for large groups. It's very satisfying, building your neighborhood and filling out the grid. There's a bunch of different strategies you can try, so it's very replayable! And it's not too complex, so a great game to introduce to people new to board games. This is one of my favorite games to travel with, too, since it's quite small. Highly recommend, lots of fun!

Great game!
I love Welcome To! This is a very โmultiplayer-solitaireโ type game, meaning each player is doing their own thing and cannot mess up/change what you are doing with your neighborhood. This kind of game might not be for people who like highly interactive or competitive games, by my friend group and I really like this game. Because there is not direct interaction between players, this game can be pretty relaxing but has a great puzzle-y feeling to is, but there is still a slight competitive aspect since there will be a winner at the end of each game. The sheet depicting your neighborhood looks a little intimidating at first, but once you read the rules and try a round of the game it is super easy to understand. You can use different scoring objectives each game to give the game more variety so it doesnโt get too repetitive, so there is decent replay-ability as well. I love this game and highly recommend!

Finally a solo game!
This is fun and beautiful. Theres fantastic little pieces of art all over. It's quick and easy to learn. And it has a solo play!! Comes with plenty of play sheets but I highly recommend getting the laminates play cards. Has a lot of extra play variations so it's highly replayable.

Fun but complicated
Directions leave a lot to be desired. No one can grasp the Roundabouts. Once we struggle thru a game or 2, its much more fun.

Looks complex visually, VERY easy to play and teach
The roll & write concept (no dice in this one though) is a new family favorite. We have Cartographers, which gets played all the time. The fun in that is the visual design and creativity of building a map and planning/plotting how you score points. Welcome To... it has some advantages that it plays quicker and scores faster. Drawing a line and marking off a point mark makes for very quick turns. Building a neighborhood, pools, estates is a simple and relatable process. Scoring in Welcome To... is easier than Cartographers in terms of effort. For reference my 12-year-old will always play Cartographers ... he likes drawing with colored pencils, but he gets really engaged in strategy with Welcome To... and asks to play it. Both great games, but if I could have one-only, I'd choose Welcome To... for approachability. My recommendation: by both.

One of my favorite games
This game is one of my favorite games. It can be a little challenging for new gamers to learn. It comes with a huge note pad of score sheets which are the main item used to play the game, so once you run out of these you'll need to buy more or make copies. Lastly this game has no limit for the number of players and can easily play 10+ people as long as they can see the cards.

This is such a fun game!
This has been our new go-to game, my husband and I almost play it nightly! It's a little confusing to learn at first but once you play a round and get the hang of it, it is easy! I highly recommend it!

I really like this game. It arrived quickly and came in a sturdy box. I find it relaxing to play solo and fun when playing with friends. The easiest way to learn how to play it solo is to look up some youtube tutorials, as the way the solo rules are written can be a bit confusing. On a side note, I'm not 100% convinced that the expansion packs add anything (but confusion over the rules) to the game. In short, absolutely love the original game, could take or leave the expansions. Happy playing!!
