I ordered this along with an £11 one from another retailer, thinking I'll send the expensive one back. The cheaper product went over the turntable, a bit baggy, but it's to protect from the sun in a conservatory so it would work. The material was thin, cheap and scrunched up, they might iron outThis Technics cover is made for the actual turntable and fits perfectly. It's made of robust thick material that's meant to be waterproof and believe you would get some protection. Expensive yes, worth the money definitely.
