Can I use the white coloring to add to water and make liquid look like milk?

no. adding water damages the dye

Will the Americolor bright white help achieve white macaroons?

I would think so. It works great to make buttercream white. Just make sure to add your coloring before overmixing your macaroon batter.

Can this be used to color mineral oils?

I have only used this in my icings for my cakes. I would think you could being it is oil based. Add a little dye at a time, to see how it works. Hopefully this helps you out.

Product sizing is wildly wrong

The product is described as being 0.2L, which is 200ml. But the product is only 21g - about 30ml. I was expecting 10x this quantity

le flacon est minuscule et le prix extravagant

J'aurais du regarder les commentaires des clients avant d'acheter ce produit. Car la dose donnée est en ounce ce qui ne me dit rien et quand j'ai ouvert le paquet je n'en ai pas cru mes yeux. Pour le prix demandé c'est une honte! Sans compter qu'il n'y a pas de date de péremption.

Bright white results

Resulted in the bright white frosting as anticipated. While the yellowish tinge is not necessarily a bad thing, having bright white frosting makes my cakes look more presentable
