Yes. as long as each subwoofer is capable of handling 300 watts RMS @ 4 ohms. Just connect the subwoofer wires to the sub-out ports.

Can this amp power my jbl stage 1200d?

Yes. Our JBL Club A1000 can power 1000 watts RMS at 2 ohms, while our JBL Stage 1200D has a power handling of 500 watts RMS. Because this amplifier can output twice the power handling of the subwoofer, setting the volume to its maximum level is not recommended to prevent damage to the speaker, so please keep the audio at your preferred level.
