Yes, you will have to pay maybe a little more than for many budget glue sticks, but if you need the best, the stickiest, the most reliable, Elmer's is great and works well every time. This particular pack is for 10 sticks, which isn't that expensive anyway, especially when you will waste almost none, and it goes further in the first place, with a formula that glides onto your paper. An added bonus is the ingenious vanishing purple colour it first appears to be. I was very suspicious of this when I first started to use these sticks, but every time, once it's dry, the purple is entirely gone. And it's such a great aid for enabling you to see exactly where the glue's gone down onto your surface. Easy wind-up sticks. Like all of these, there'a s a little stub of glue inside the holder than can't be spread onto the paper. As a tip, I save these by digging out the last with an old teaspoon handle and save them, wrapped in a plastic bag until I have enough to form another stick. I reuse an empty holder to contain it. A bit messy, but it is cost saving. But whether you do that or not, these are great and I highly recommend them.

Good value for money. I use on a 3D printer bed so work sticks to it. Nice smooth application and works well. Easy to use and wash off.

They're the genuine article. I use them for blocking my brows, after seeing Trixie Mattel use them. I'd love to know how the purple dissappears!

These arrived in a simple branded box. I started using Elmer’s glue sticks around seven years ago, and they work for my intended purpose perfectly. When I started 3D printing to obtain firm bed adhesion this brand was recommended to me, and I have found they work perfectly. The glue washes off both the prints and the bed really easily with warm water leaving no residue. I did try the larger sticks of this brand but find this size ideal for dispensing along with good value as they last ages. I can’t fault this product and would certainly recommend it to anyone 3D printing.

Only needed one as it was recommended as part of the equipment list for a course. I don’t normally use this brand and I won’t be buying again. I needed it to tack down fabric for appliqué and have it secure it for a while until stitching but it doesn’t seem to hold it as well as the brand I usually use. Maybe for paper projects or English paper piecing where you don’t want a high tack adhesive it would be fine. I haven't tried it for those yet.

I use these Elmers purple glue sticks when i make cards, i have used other glues & double sided tape but find this easier, it dries clear, and its easy to see where its gone on the card, wont use anything else now, im pleased with it, good value for money and definitely reccomend.

Ich nutze den Stick für den 3D Druck um warping zu vermeiden. Ich hatte immer Probleme bei großen Drucken das sich Ecken oder Kanten vom Bett lösten. Einstellungen im Slicer oder am Drucker änderten daran nicht viel, schlussendlich habe ich dann zum Klebestick gegriffen nachdem ich gehört habe das dieser helfen soll. Das funktioniert einwandfrei und noch besser als ich gehofft hatte. Ich trage den Stick auf ein strukturiertes PEI Druckbett auf und habe keine Probleme, und das entfernen des Klebers vom Druckbett funktioniert auch sehr einfach unter Spüle mit einem weichen Schwamm, man sieht durch die Farbänderung sehr schön wo noch Kleberreste vorhanden sind. Die Farbänderung hilft beim auftragen den man sieht sofort ob es Flächendeckend ist oder noch etwas fehlt. Und die Farbänderung ist auch sehr hilfreich um nach dem druck zu kontrollieren ob Kleberreste auf dem Model sind.

Excellent pour les enfants et même pour utiliser dans les sourcils pour fixer et maquiller. Couleur violet qui ne reste pas. Très bien et pratique.
