Has anyone swapped out stock speakers on 2014 and up without an amp or bt355?

Ok, the BT355 is a line level converter to convert the radio output signal which is hi level to a low level RCA signal that you feed into the aftermarket amp. So, if you are not using an amp to power your speakers then you do not need the BT355.

Can they be installed in a 2009 harley davidson road glide fairing?

Not sure about a 2009, I have a 2016 Road Glide and the magnet and basket was too big to fit in the fairing. I ended up going with the Alpine Type R 6.5 which has rare earth magnets an a small basket with 100 watts each RMS and 300 watts each Max. Deep excursion too with the ribbed suspension. I moved the Hertz to my Golf Cart.

Will items fit a 2016 Street glide special?

I put them in the fairing and in my lowers on my 2014 street glide went in with no trouble, I added Harley lowers and Harley speaker pods same thing no trouble bolted right in!
