Short version: If you're for sure having issues with supply or if you want to up your supply temporarily for increasing your freezer stash, I'd recommend trying this. Longer version: I read about this on a blog when I was doing research on low supply after my second son was born. The day I received it, I had 2 mL (I put it directly in my mouth but you could also add this to tea or other drinks). The taste isn't delicious but it's not gag-inducing either. Twelve hours later I was spraying milk all over the house like a firehose gone wild. This stuff worked for me. Too well. I cut back to 1 mL every 24 hours and eventually when my supply evened out, I stopped using it. If you're for sure having issues with supply or if you want to up your supply temporarily to increase your freezer stash, I'd recommend trying this. But be careful it doesn't send you into oversupply mode, which can be just as stressful as an undersupply. My babe couldn't manage the letdown when I was taking these drops. So I had to pump a little before putting him to my breast. A major drag in the middle of the night! And my left breast was never "slow" enough for him while I was on these drops. He would gag and spit milk everywhere. So i ended up just pumping my left breast and he ate from my right while I was taking these drops. I now have 100+ ounces of milk in my freezer stash in just under a month.

I feel weird giving this product a low review because I absolutely love it! The first time I received it I definetly felt like it was helping me produce more milk. But then I recorded it and have been using my second bottle for about a week now and something just isn’t right. It tastes totally different for one. It has this super sweet taste rather then the earthy taste. And it definetly has not been helping me produce more milk. Very disappointed in the consistency of the product.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this product. The first time the product tasted great and I noticed a difference right away in my milk production. The second time I purchased this product it tasted so bad I haven’t been able to use it. I contacted the company and they never responded. I would not buy this product through this vendor. Their products are not consistent in quality nor do they care to rectify problems with customers.

I’m a skeptic. I did feel if my milk was low this would help! Might not have been dramatic, but it would help increase.

Short review- I believe this, paired with power pumping/ consistency with pumping, greatly enhanced my supply, going from 2oz from both breasts, to as much as 10 oz in a sitting from both breasts. Long review- forgive typing errors, I'm writing this at 3 a.m! So...I was struggling to keep up with my 4-5 week olds need for milk. I would nurse him on one side for over 20 minutes, and swap him to the other side, always ending in him crying. My spectre pump finally came in week four after a battle with insurance. I began taking this 5x a day (3 during the day and 2 at night time sessions) and didn't notice a change for the first 3 days. A slight increase came day 4, but nothing to write home about. Then, I noticed my night time pumps went from a yield of 2 oz total between breasts, to 4! It had doubled.. at night! My supply always dips towards the evenings. Feeling hopeful I went to sleep and woke up around 2 am for my "first shift" on the fifth day. 6 oz. I couldn't believe it. The second shift I was back down to 4 oz but I couldn't complain, his second sleep shift is always a bit shorter so that made sense to me. He gave me a long stretch after that, and my partner woke to give him the surplus bottle I created over night. (The first true surplus bottle I had made) and I got an extra two hours of sleep! I woke up around 7:30 am and was noticeably more engorged than normal, so I used a warm compress (I often do before I pump) and I made 8 oz!! Since then I have gotten as much as 10 oz in a single morning session and continue to get no less than 4 per pump sesh giving me anywhere from 6-10 extra oz each day to freeze! I believe it's in a large part do to this product. But I also did the following to boost my supply. I pump for 30 minutes at a setting of 4 or higher with my spectre double pump, every two hours. that seems to be the absolute best for me personally but have slipped and gone longer stretches because every 2 hours is hard to maintain. I also drink mothers milk tea and continued red raspberry leaf tea after birth. **** disclaimer- I'm not medically trained at all but I will warn you, take this product with food as the bottle says. If you have or are prone to having low blood pressure, start with a smaller amount and try to work up to 5x daily. I did go over board one day and did 20 drops 7 x a day, and drank mothers milk tea, all containing fenugreek, and felt strong feelings of low blood pressure. A pedialyte and a bunch of water helped me feel better but not worth the risk. Food and water, and follow the directions and this might help you too. Good luck!
