Is there no iron in these? I didn’t see it in the ingredients list.

We've tried to make it very clear that this formula does not include IRON. We've given a lot of thought into what we include and what we don't include in our products. Iron is a leading cause of accidental overdose - so we feel that it is not safe to include IRON into a supplement that tastes so good - just in case someone were to consume more than the recommended daily serving. We always want you to speak to your  trusted health care provider or Doctor to determine the right amount of iron and the correct form - specifically for you.

Question 2

Is it okay if I order it in this hot weather? I just concern if it might get melted down during delivery.

Hi Jinny-SmartyPants gummies have a pectin base (vs. a gelatin base). Our gummies will not melt in the heat, unlike a gelatin gummy that melts around 100ᴼF.  However, we do not recommend a dramatic change in the temperature of the gummies repeatedly by, say, putting them in the fridge on and off - as repeated cycling of the temperature of a pectin piece will cause it to release moisture  - not much -  but enough to cause the pieces to stick together.  Once received, our gummies are happy living in your fridge -  though it has no effect on the potency if they don't -  and its not a requirement, just something we learned some of our customers do to give them a firmer feel they prefer. Do these gummies have a fishy taste?

These gummies have a slight "vitaminy" taste, but not fishy. It's exactly what I've been looking for; a multi-vitamin w/omega 3 w/o the fishy taste.

What kind of gelatin is used? Is it kosher?

Thanks for asking your question!
Our ORGANICS Formulas (with omegas from organic flaxseed oil) are fully vegetarian and do not contain gelatin. The base of our gummy is pectin.

Our CORE line of SmartyPants gummies (with omegas from wild-caught small fish), include a small amount of gelatin to encapsulate the fish oil in this formula. We are now producing our Core line with gelatin that is sourced from beef - although we had used a pork gelatin in the past.  During this time, both forms are currently in the marketplace - so we need to look up each Lot# to verify the gelatin source. Just reach out to our Customer Care Team directly if you would like to know the gelatin source of a particular bottle.
