This book might be the best book on investing for the average investor. It delineates basics of investing that are not revealed by Wall Street because they know well that for them to win the retail investors must lose. Buy low when the market crashes and none of the retail investors are and sell high when the market is up and all the retail investors are buying right? Its the been the same story over and over for the average American. Well, there is a way to KNOW WHEN ITS A GOOD TIME TO BUY AND A GOOD TIME NOT TO. There is a way to win and Adam Baratta has made it easy for the man on the street, the every day investor to know how without having to have a masters degree or some special training.Simply put if you want to understand the basics of investing and how to actually win then you need to read this book. Even if you don't plan on buying gold.

Book arrived yesterday started reading it and couldn't put it down. Originally I ordered this because I was thinking of investing in Gold but what I got was an education on different investments and how all markets work. Unlike other educational books I've read, this book reads more like a novel. It seems more personal and it explains things in a visual way that helps me better understand the point it's getting across. I finished the book in less than 24 hours and am actually going to re read it over the weekend. It's that interesting and I'm sure I'll get even more out of it the second time. I'm even more positive about my decision to invest in gold but now I feel like I'll be able to ask the right questions to whomever I decide to handle my business. Never like feeling uneducated when I invest and now thanks to this book I won't be. Kudos to Mr. baratta for writing a book that's educational and fun to read.

I heard about this book from various places and it seems to be highly recommended for anyone interested in investing in Gold. Adam Baratta is well known for his ” Gold is a Better Way “ philosophy .How do I contribute any unique thoughts to the many reviews that have already been posted about this book? I'll simply state that this is the first book devoted to Gold investing I've ever read and I've been an active investor since 2015. I so wish that I had known about and read this book before I started investing!! I'd probably be several times ahead of where I am right now.Though I've had great success the past couple of years through subscribing to a couple of online investing advice services, this book helps to fill in gaps in my knowledge, plus give me more details about the most important issues related to physical gold investing. Most importantly, I'm now able to look at Gold and find the most important and relevant information regarding a Gold’s position that I did not know or frankly care to know about before. Barrata has a way of explaining things like this that make sense to me.I really appreciate the candor of the author, not only telling how he found some of his biggest successes but also admitting how he failed or simply missed out on fantastic opportunities. He writes in a style that keeps me easily engaged, making it quite easy for me to have read I also appreciate his humor, which also struck a chord with me. I find that he writes about market tendencies and human nature that transcend time. Great book!
