The product is OK, and I appreciate the vegetarian capsules, but I got mislead by the description of it as 2000 mg, which I read as meaning 2000 mg/pill and instead it is (as it says) 2000 mg/SERVING. If you read it properly, and know what you are buying, then it is OK. A "serving" is 4 pills. Thus, 500 mg/pill.After writing the above review, I then ran into reviews of other similar products where it was noted that there is a difference between cinnamomum casia (the main ingredient in this product) and Ceylon cinnamon, which some call the "true" cinnamon. After reading those comments, i am replacing this product with a Ceylon cinnamon product.

I have a gastric sleeve, so I take these just prior to eating or my wee tummy burns like crazy! (I take 2 caps/tog per day) I also do not lie down or reflux kicks in. Now this is me & my tiny little sleeve (about the size of a smallish medium size banana & yes, it does work, I have eliminated over 100lbs with about 60-70 to go).My biggest complaint with these capsules is that during shipment (and it’s happened with EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE I’VE ORDERED) they are jolted about so much, I’ve had no less than half a dozen broken capsules per bottle. Which may not seem like a lot to most, but when you’re on a fixed income, it adds up!

21st centuray is AMAZING..keeps my blood sugar in check and my heart healthy....tried a different brand and burned my esophagus and had my heart racing. 21st CENTURY is only brand that works for me. Highly recommend it....Dr is thrilled with results....I take the 21st cinnamon 2xday and no need for high blood meds....all natural blood sugar control...LOVE IT

I have been taking Cinnamon supplements for almost a year now, and my a1c has dropped from a 7.0, to a 6.3! I am super glad that I switched to this brand because the brand I was using previously caused me to belch up a cloud of cinnamon, and that does not happen with this particular brand.
