Frank Miller’s Batman: Year One is absolutely amazing. From the art to the dialogue, it’s a wonderful start to an incredible series! Would highly recommend this to any Batman fan, or anyone interested in getting into Batman comics.

One of the best batman stories I've ever read even though it being so classic. The storyboard is just fascinating the way it is like old comics. The ending is really good leading to the next book and you'll definitely want to read more. I really loved seeing the picture of Frank Miller's first ever batman storyboard out of crayons. It's so worth seeing such beautiful memories and various other arts. Really worth taking the deluxe edition.

Absolute Leseempfehlung und ein Muss für jede Batman-Sammlung.

Received it very quickly!!Also, this is meant to be a classic, and I understand why. The art has this timeless quality and the story had me hooked all along. Quite a different origin story to what we could have seen with Snyder, but just as exciting!I recommend it to anyone thinking of buying it, it’s a really good story to read if you have never read any batman stories, and also if you are a veteran reader I guess!This edition is particularly gorgeous and has exclusive pages of sketches at the end.5 stars!
