Works awesome.. No negative reviews allowed if you Do Not Prep Properly… Clean! Clean! Clean! Light Scuff! And definitely cannot leave a negative review if Adhesion Promoter was used! It says Plastic Adhesion Promoter on the label but investigate and will find it can be used on Chrome/Metal (wheels). Tinted my ‘25 GMC 1500 wheels. Came out perfect.

I did not work on my car's chrome parts

I purchased the kit to use on my chrome front and rear bumpers. I ended up putting it on the chrome grill on my dodge. The instructions recommend 8-10" from surface for the first 3 coats. i however was probably 2-6" away and got too much on in the first application. DONT DO THAT. stay at the recommenced distance. after the initial coat i couldnt get the next coats to make it uniform. Make full sweeps across your surface and taper off the edges so you dont get stop lines. As it states, the more coats you apply the darker it gets. Thats what i ended up with, but im satisfied with the product and the look. The clear coat looks great and is easier to apply. I would recommend it and will purchase again for my bumpers.

It probably works well over chrome but this is what it does over black. Just really kind of makes it glossy. Probably could have gotten the same effect with a cheaper can of paint. Maybe I should have sprayed chrome paint under it first
