Does this Bobby car have whisper wheels?

Not sure what whisper wheels are, but all my kids loved this car and trailer.

Please clarify: Is this rider easy for a 1 yr old to move forward?

I bought the "Bobby Car" for my grandson when he was 1 year old. He didn't use it much then but now he's 1 1/2 and we can't get him off it. He loves it. Our son had the same car when he was young and used it for many years because as the child gets older and bigger he can kneel on it and still use it. If I remember correctly he used it until he was 6 years old.

Is it good for 7 years old?

My son received it, when he was a 1 year old and loved it so much that he still rode it at age 7, even though he was way to big for it now. The car is more for the age range of 2-5. I would not buy it, if the child is already 7.

Does the steering wheel turn the wheels?

Not much, but it is sufficient to steer the bobby car.
