FRENCH COUNTRY SAUSAGE! MAGNIFIQUE!
I freaking loved this sausage!!! It's not got overwhelming garlic but so much flavor. I ordered the sausage, the duck confit, for a specific recipe and I was not disappointed! It comes in4 pkgs of four sausages each.last night my husband tasted them for the first time and he loved them. It's like a big breakfast sausage with FLAVOR.

Very Dry and Unsavory Spices
I have to take the blame for ordering this product off the internet, as it was pretty crazy of me to expect a high quality product of this nature. Like many people, I love a great sausage, and do understand there can and will be a significant difference between individual recipes... yet, I found this brand's choice of spices were way off the mark and tasted harsh. Additionally, after trying three different products they offered, I was disappointed in how dry all of the sausage products were.
