Love these light weight paper protectors. I use them to file important papers and having multiple colors makes it is to find in my file cabinet.

This set of 20 clear document folders come with a nice selection of colors to visually organize projects and to-do tasks by level of urgency for personal or office needs. Unfortunately it is very clear and transparent so any sensitive documents one may not want to be easily views will need a cover sheet paper added on top of the document to obscure the contents from being revealed during a casual glance. These folders hold up pretty well during day-to-day use, though once they get a bend or crease if a book or folder is set down on corners wrong while in a rush, it's pretty noticeable. The folder still holds up well despite this fact, so unlike paper based folders you won't need to consider replacing it soon. Other than the clear plastic not offering enough opacity to obscure sensitive documents and requiring the addition of a cover sheet-- these is a cost effective set of folders to keep organized on on task for the home office or even at work.

I used this at my previous job for keeping small sets of document organized. Liked it so much I decided to get some for home use.The ones I used to order for work cost less than this one, not sure if there was a corporate discount since I had used the company’s linked account to order those. Nevertheless, it’s not a huge difference and I went ahead and ordered this set for myself.Put to use last week when I printed documents for my parents and placed them in two different colored folders before I dropped them off at their house. My dad has been losing paper and bills left and right lately, figured the bright blue folder will stand out on his messy desk better than anything else.

I would have given these 5 stars because they are nice poly folders. They are, however, as Christine said in another review, longer than other poly folders and not as wide. So for standard size paper that is 8 1/2 x 11, the poly folder comes to the very edge of the paper width-wise and is about and 5/8 of an inch or so above the paper lengthwise. Which could be a problem if you are filing the poly folder. I ll use all of the poly folders - for the papers that I need a shorter length I did cut a small amount off the top which worked great, which I see another person did, also. All in all I like these poly folders, however. in the future I may get the Sparco poly folders or just get them at Staples in a 5 pack. I hope this makes sense!

Great durable, colorful & price-conscious purchase. These are great. I often use them in lieu of manilla folders. They see, to be pretty indestructible. I gave all fives but the only thing I could mention that I don't like is that you may have to cut the width a little in order to have them fit perfectly in your pendaflex hanging file folder & your file cabinet. It's not a big deal to cut them, but, uncut, the larger width is annoying when you are trying to put the folder in a regular-sized file cabinet or regular sized file folder. You just may have to cut the width to keep them folding in the middle.

Document is very visible & readable when in the transparent folder. Like the firm plastic they use, very sturdy. The colors are pastel in intensity, pleasing & still have some vibrancy. The folder width handles an 8.5 X 11 inches standard page, but the folder width does not have much room to spare. The length, however, is longer. Perhaps the size is that of a paper sheet used in the rest of the world, 8.26 x 11.69 inches. The folder width is about 0.4 inches shorter and 0.6 inches longer than the other US folders I use. Therefore, they do not go into a standard US size file folder. Please that in mind. I love them as they are firmer than even the Pendaflex folders and easier to see the enclosed document with all the colors. I place them in a stack on my desk or into different free standing holders.

Love these project files! I have been using them for years for my work and home projects. They are durable, easy to use, and protect documents and keep them organized. Since they come in various colors, you can use them to color code projects. Best of all, they are the very best value that I e ever found for a product of this type.

It was not what I expected so I ended up using it differently. At first I thought the folder would have two-pockets but it is just a single pocket where you have to slide pages into the middle opening. However, I was able to make good use out of it by using it to hold up charts and handouts that are reading supports in my classroom. They easily attached to my bulletin boards and hold up nicely even when there are 20 sheets inside. And yes, they are super clear and easy to read (even the red color).

Great for my sewing patterns

I'm using these colourful file folders to organize the many paper items I have on my desk. I've got colourful stationery, bank statements, theusual government documents, and photocopied pictures of angels, and now I don't have to shuffle through piles of paper to find what I'm looking for. They're wonderful.

Nice cutting of edges, translucent and great colors! Just as described! Fit letter size and a4 paper nicely.
