Paladin Equipment #22 Electric Commercial Meat Grinder Machine, 17 lbs/min

This is a great meat grinder. I ordered it and was a bit nervous about how it would perform as there were not many reviews available and even scouring the web didn’t provide any additional information. But at a great price point, I thought I’d give it a go and am very pleased with the machine! I bought it to make raw dog food and this thing just eats up the chicken thighs/legs, bones and all, not a problem. I didn’t have issues with jamming either, it worked great. I did also order the foot pedal as that makes the on/off so much easier and would definitely recommend getting that as well. O well great grind speed (it grinds as fast as you can feed it, so only limited by your own two hands), grind quality was also great. And it’s easy to take apart and clean

#22 Paladin Electric Commercial Meat Grinder (February 2025) As items and information were missing, we returned the first grinder we ordered/received. We reordered a second unit, hoping the missing information and parts would be present, but when received, the same information and parts were not included. Amazon customer service was very attentive and spent a lot of time with us, but was unable to resolve the issues. We are keeping the second unit with full understanding of the following: 1. The “treadle,” described as included in the purchase price in the product offering, is not present and is not available. 2. The “auger washer,” pictured in the instruction sheet, is not included and is not available. 3. No manufacturer customer service of any kind is available for this product. 4. No product-specific replacement parts are available for this product. 5. Regarding the 1-year warranty provided in answers to questions in the product offering: • No warranty terms, instructions, or contact information, whatsoever, is included in the packaging. • The limited information provided by the manufacturer/distributor to Amazon customer service can only be provided by Amazon customer service verbally and all verbally-provided contact information ended up being obsolete or fake (email and company domains do not exist). • For all intents and purposes, the product has no warranty past the Amazon 30-day return period. 6. After very limited testing of the unit, other than issues outlined above, the grinder appears to function as described in the offering.
