Gets you do more crunches.
No nonsense stuff. Sticks well to the floor. I have a dedicated incline bench. But this little equipment is all that I should've bought instead of the 3.5k incline bench. Sufficient for the beginner to the moderate person. If you are a regular guy person who work out even at home due to the pandemic, forget this and get proper heavy equipment.

Too expensive for what it is and what it does.
So far so good. Sticks well to glossy tiles. The suction force is enough for me as I do not put much force on my legs. I just need some support. So, its good enough for me presently. However, the suction force could have been a little bit more for those who need lot of assistance from their legs. I also do not feel confident that this will work for long time. But presently no complaints and I am enjoying it. It was a shot in the dark as there is no real way to know which one has greater suction force. But, this will do for most people. But for how long will it work, no idea. For me this will do till I find a better and more permanent solution. Edit: The suction force is actually good. It is more than enough. You just need a floor or tile that will not allow the vacuum to break. Glossy tiles are perfect. Not sure about other floors.
