Very bad metal parts quality
The metal parts are made of very poor-quality metal and have scratches and marks. It feels like the parts were not made in a factory, but with a file in a basement. Applied for a full refund.

It’s grey!!!!
Such a disappointment! On the photo, on the box it’s black. In the reality it’s grey! Pure plastic quality and very bad finishing of the metal parts.

It does a perfect job especially doing Kibbeh but it does heat up when using for a bit long. so you have to give it some rest between time to other.

الفرامة الومنيوم وليست استانستيل كما هو مذكور بالوصف .. عند وضع أجزاء الرأس بغساله الصحون تتحول للون الأسود وتصبغ الاكل باللومنيوم المؤكسد .
