Very bad damaged out dated product

Well know brand I have very good experience with it. Unfortunately supplier sent an out dated damaged ceramic rings. When I installed in my canister aquarium water turned into white and small particles mixed in aquarium water. Definitely will not recommend this supplier. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
