Worked for my application
This three-function switch really helped conserve space in the switch box when replacing an older Broan Nutone three-function switch. Where the older three-function switch had a power lead to each switch, this switch has one power lead requirement to feed all three switches. Both the line side and load side use a clamp style connection to attach the leads to the switch. Each lead is push under the clamp then held in place when the individual screws are tightened, making it unnecessary to create hooks with the lead ends. The three-function switch doesn't come with a switch plate cover, so it's necessary to buy that item separately. When it's all finally secured to the outlet box and the cover applied, it results in a nice-looking finish on the wall.

Quality!
Just what we needed for a 3-way light, fan, heater in our bathroom. Very quiet when turning on or off, and very well made. Easy install too. Of note, the product info did not show if a regular rectangle opening cover would fit this. It did.
