AmeriColor CHRISTMAS DECORATING PENS Gourmet Food Pens RED & GREEN

We use them to mark the different flavors of lumpia we sell so we can tell them apart after frying. Considering these markers are designed to write on cakes, I think they are great. I don't know how they retain thier color after being fried, but they do. I have no major complaints, but wish they lasted longer. Good product!
