The best magnesium you can buy
Magnesium Orotate is the best magnesium I have found. The absorption rate is very very high, as is the effectiveness. The tablets are a bit large but rounded enough that they not that hard to swallow. I will take 200mg (one tablet) when I am not having a lot of cramps and 400mg (two tablets x2 daily) when I am. These always take the cramps away where other brands and other types of magnesium never did. Plus I swear I have more energy and feel more alert since flooding my system with this product (it takes a couple weeks to feel the full benefit). I have been taking these every day for 2 years now and I won't be stopping any time soon.

Great Brand, Gets my Day Started
I've been taking Magnesium Orotate for a while, and this brand is great. I have trouble getting focused without them. No other type of magnesium supplement does this.

Healthy choice of magnesium. Unfortunately I didn’t read closely enough to realize the daily dose is 4 large capsules.
