This is my first tufting gun, but it was super easy to use. Very long cords, exactly as pictured and expected. I watched a lot of videos ahead of using this the first time so I knew what I should expect and this met all my expectations. The lining in the carry case isn't the best and makes a few parts sticky, but nothing a few seconds of rubbing wouldn't get rid of. Very nice amount of yarn, very small rolls but enough to practice which was nice. The fabric was pretty big and was big enough to make my first project on.

This is a cut pile gun (see loop pile vs cut pile) which in my opinion is better as you don't have to use scissors as you go. Saw some bad reviews from people who were using the gun incorrectly, this gun only works bottom top top, you can not make lines from top to bottom. Rotate gun at the top of your line to come back down and maintain orientation.

Wife says she likes it but the yarn keeps falling out of the gun. may be a learning curve issue but will update further in the future.

Difficult to use.

Received second hand, incorrect tufting of the machine will not cut all my yarn.

Everything came as expected, high quality gun works great definitely recommend
