Hi there. No, it does not. Apply adhesive in temperature of 40° F and higher. Press material into place. Lift off for 2-4 minutes, then press back into place.

Q: Can you use this to glue a new piece of carpet you're replacing due to damage?

We do not have a recommendation for gluing carpets.
