These tips are huge! I was way excited because big frosting on cupcakes is so popular right now. The only thing I didn't love is that you have to have reusable or professional piping bags. Because the tips are so large my usual parchment paper piping bags kept ripping at the end the tip was. As a side note, these tips are used by pressing one dollop of frosting at a time. A bit more time consuming but still a pretty result. It took 5 dollops to frost one cupcake. The tips came in a nice hard plastic case for storage.*I received this produced at a discounted price in return for an HONEST review.

These arrived quickly but I spent some time looking for a coupler to use with them. I ended up ordering the large Wilton coupler and found that was not large enough. I really wanted to give these a try without waiting any longer to find a coupler so I ended up just dropping the tip in a decorating bag. I did have to cut one of my bags a bigger at the tip but that was easy to do. There is nothing wrong with not using a coupler it is just something I prefer to use one to make changing tips less messy. If someone finds a coupler that would work with these tips I would love to know about it. Back to to tips. They are very large! I love all the different flower shapes they make. I am a very amateur cake decorator and I could make flowers just fine with these. I started out with store bought in the tub frosting. The kind you see with all the cake mixes. The frosting was cool from sitting out on the counter and worked well at holding the flower shape until it started warming up from my hands, then I ended up with some very wilted flowers and frosting blobs. If I was going to use this kind of frosting I would chill it first and it should work fine. Next time I will try a homemade buttercream icing. I will also try using royal icing to make flowers to let dry to place on a cake. I must say I was surprised and very pleased with how easy these were to use to form the flowers. If I could make a flower with them just about anyone should be able to.The box they come in is very nice for storing the tips in. The divider comes out making the whole box easy to wash and clean if need be. I would recommend these to anyone who would like to try making flowers with them.*I received the product at a discount or for free. These are nice tips. They are larger than I had expected, but still very nice. They are a medium sized tip. Larger than your typical decorating tips, but smaller than the tips you would use to frost cupcakes. I love the case they came it also. Very thick plastic case with a plastic removable divider. These are perfect for me. I cannot create a flower to save my life, but with these I can add flowers with no problem. Smart. I honestly wish I would have found these years ago.Very nice quality tips.

Really great thick tips! I wasn't expecting such great quality to be honest. The case is also thick hard plastic with a removable separator. These are also a lot larger then I expected them to be. Overall great product and I would definitely purchase them again if needed. Would make a good gift for the crazy baker in your life!
