Haven’t had a cold since January
This product was recommended by my acupuncturist years ago. I do take it in an empty stomach because that is what I read is recommended when taking ACHH. I have never had a flu shot and hope that I can avoid as long as possible. This product seems to keep me afloat with my insanely busy 50 plus hour work week at almost the middle age of 50 and being overweight and not having time to work out and running all the time not eating as healthy as I should. I k ow this product is highly recommended by all of my health fanatic clients and they have the money and knowledge to be in optimum health

Product works amazingly
The product is amazing. I don’t use it regularly; however, whenever I’m traveling or someone in the house is sick, it works like a miracle supplement. Within 24–30 hours, it helps a person feel better and get back on their feet. Of course, I also use additional supplements alongside it.

My overall health is really good for a man in his 70s
It's unfortunate that I don't have a good way to measure the effectiveness of the supplements that I buy, which means that I can't give an honest assessment of them. I have no complaints about this product, but since I also don't notice a difference in my quality of life, I can't honestly say one way or another that you should try it. I gotta figure out some way to scale these things.

Maintained WBC levels while on Cabozantinib chemo pill
I'm currently undergoing treatment for stage IV KIDNEY CANCER. I do an organic plant based keto diet with supplements also. I was taking AHCC and switched brands to save money and noticed my WBC count drop noticeably from 4.2 to 2.9. When I switched back to this brand, my WBC returned to the low 4s. Was it antedotal....maybe none the less not worth the risk for a few dollars
