Eu Natural Glow Prenatal Nurturing Pregnancy Multivitamin (60 Vegetarian Soft Capsules)

I’ve been taking Au Natural (pre-conception and now prenatal) for about a year. This vitamin (brand) is unbeatable compared to all the others I’ve taken. I do take this with beef organ supplements. The smell sucks. I gagged in the first trimester but 2nd trimester I’m good for go. I get sick 3 times a year and last fall I was barely sick for a couple days. This Spring I FINALLY didn’t catch my annual sinus infection/ cold/ for the first time in like 7 years. I got a teeny cold for a couple days. Take this brand vitamin. Choke down with extra water. This has done wonders for my health. I had no idea I had so many deficiencies. My husband takes the men’s vitamins. He also was sick for less than 3 days and bounced back. That. Doesn’t. Happen. Do it.

Ok so this review has 2 parts. First and foremost, I love them! They have everything I need in them and they are easy to take. They give me energy and just help my mood overall. They don't cause an upset stomach or nausea so far and that's great also. Here is the bad....something has changed. Before they had a nice vanilla smell and taste. Vanilla burps lol. Now they smell and taste very different. They taste and smell like fish oil. Now at the moment I'm ok with it, but I see it possibly causing issues in the future. They are much stronger than regular omega 3 pills which says alot. Like you taste it as soon as it enters the mouth. Idk if this batch is old or what. I plan to get another order and then reach out to the company if the next one is the same.

I absolutely love this brand. My husband and I took their conception vitamins and was able to get pregnant now I’m on my second bottle of prenatal! You know your body absorbs your vitamins when you see a change of color in your pee! Grateful for this clean ingredient Brand!

Ive been taking these for two months now. Everyone seems to be mentioning the taste and smell of the viatimins. As someone that takes a lot of viatimins, the scent is just fine. It has a very pleasant light citrus or lemony scent. I can taste a small lemony flavor when swallowing and I actually really enjoy it. Very easy to swallow capsule. Immediately after taking my first dose, my pee was bright yellow. Maybe this is why it's called "glow". It did concern me, but I looked it up and bright yellow urine is common when taking a vitamin B complex, specifically due to the B2 vitamin, also known as riboflavin. In fact, “flavin” comes from the Latin “flavus” which means yellow. So I know I'm just peeing out the B2 I don't need yet. I did find it slightly inconvenient to split up the two pills and took them both together for a week. Noticed some nausea, so I started following directions and no more nausea. A huge fan of all the ingredients and so far so good!

1/2023 Updated review: Started taking these again TTC and, like others had said, the vanilla taste wasn't great. However, I knew the vitamin itself was great so I persisted. So happy that my lastest delivery (now pregnant!) Was back to the lemon flavor! I have taken these prenatals since finding out I was pregnant in February 2020 and am still taking them after having my baby. I did massive amount of research trying to find the cleanest vitamin that also has everything you need. This is it! People who complain about the taste and smell must be very sensitive, because I've never had a problem. They don't smell 'good', but it is certainly not gag worthy as others suggest. Furthermore, I think if you let any vitamin sit on your tongue it's not going to taste good. What do you expect with a vitamin that doesn't have any added flavor or sugar? I never had any nausea during my pregnancy and felt amazing pretty much the whole time. I don't know if I can credit the prenatal, but I'm sure it helped some! I love this product and will continue to take it while I'm breastfeeding!
